-Made in Barton Oregon by Kenny Kiley, Blunt Family Paddles are custom made performance wood bent and straight shaft kayak paddles. Not only are these paddles a hand made work of art but they will shred your favorite steep creek or play spot. Each paddle is custom made to fit your needs. The wood shaft and blades create amazing swing weight and flex that can not be matched by any other materials. The wood also makes these paddles highly buoyant in the water. Paddle blades: Are made from Western Red Cedar, the edges are made from Yellow Hart, and the tips are African Anigre. The blades are reinforced with fiberglass and the edges are wrapped with Dynol for maximum abrasion and impact resistance.

The Shaft: Is a ergonomic wood bent shaft with a standard 23.5in. grip made of Ash with a Spruce core.
